Bříza bělokorá list (Betula pendula) 13%, měsíček lékařský květ (Calendula officinalis) 13%, třezalka tečkovaná nať (Hypericum perforatum) 13%, heřmánek pravý květ (Matricaria chamomilla) 13%, chmel otáčivý šištice (Humulus lupulus) 13%, oman pravý kořen (Inula helenium) 8%, komonice lékařská nať (Melilotus officinalis) 8%, kopřiva dvoudomá nať (Urtica dioica) 8%, lípa malolistá květ (Tilia cordata) 4%, máta peprná nať (Mentha piperita) 4%, kopr vonný plod (Anethum graveolens) 4%.

Application

Silver birch and common nettle ensure the normal condition of the musculoskeletal system.

Dosing

Place 2-3 tea spoons of the tea in the cup/pot. Fill the cup/pot with 200-250 ml of boiling water and cover it. Leave it to infuse for 15 minutes. Drink the tea 20 minutes before eating 3-4 times a day for not more than 1 month. Then take a 7-14-day break.

Warning

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. The food supplement is not a substitute of a varied and well-balanced diet. Not suitable for children under the age of 3.
